Stroytransgaz to build 34.5 bln rbl infrastructure for Gazprom
MOSCOW, Jul 20 (PRIME) -- Russian construction company Stroytransgaz has signed a range of contracts to build a 34.533 billion ruble infrastructure for gas supplies through the Sila Sibiri pipeline of gas giant Gazprom, as seen by PRIME in Gazprom’s data on Wednesday.
In May 2014, gas giant Gazprom and China’s CNPC signed a contract to supply up to 38 billion cubic meters of gas per year via the Sila Sibiri (Power of Siberia) pipeline, or the eastern route. The pipeline will be around 4,000 kilometers long. Gazprom plans to launch gas delivery through the eastern route in 2019 at an initial amount of 5 billion cubic meters.
